Order Processing Time
 

At ULsigns.com, we strive to fulfill orders promptly from our distribution center within 3-5 business days. Our business hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm Central Time, and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm Central Time. Please note that orders are not fulfilled on Sundays or holidays.

In cases where we experience a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in order processing times. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such periods. If there is a delay, we kindly ask that you allow for additional days for fulfillment and transit.
 

Please be aware that orders will not be fulfilled within the standard 3-5 business days if any product purchased on the order is currently on backorder. Backordered products will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock. We usually restock items every 4-6 weeks, although occasional delays may occur, and the restocking timetable is subject to change.
