At ULsigns.com, we stand behind the quality of our LED Digital Signs and guarantee them to be free from defects in manufacturing. In the unlikely event that your signage has a manufacturing defect, we will conduct a thorough investigation and either repair or replace it accordingly.
In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to present the receipt or proof of purchase.
You have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours of payment and receive a full refund, regardless of the reason. However, if you decide to cancel your order after 48 hours but within 7 calendar days, a cancellation fee amounting to 25% of the total invoice will be deducted from the refund. Please be aware that as the buyer, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the amount will be reduced by the cost of return shipping.
